zenPeak intent is to deliver relevant, targeted content & marketing offers to our users. We will not collect, disclose or distribute personal identifying information that should remain private. In order to deliver relevant, targeted content & marketing offers, we examine a user’s interactions with our website, applications, emails etc. Any 3rd parties or tools that zenPeak uses in its business operations will conform to zenPeak’s privacy policy standards. At present, zenPeak uses an internal service to deliver emails to users, and mobile apps to deliver job alerts to registered users. In all cases, the data collected remains under zenPeak control, and adheres to zenPeak’s privacy policy standards.

In further compliance with these PIPEDA principles, zenPeak User Profiles (My Story, Our Company) and the zenPeak website gives Users access and an opportunity to select their initial privacy settings, and to edit their privacy settings at any time. In addition, collection is limited with information deemed to be private such as a home telephone number and street address not being collected.
