Join our long established Blue Arrow branch team in Edinburgh as an Account Manager to grow and take ownership of an existing key national client account. You will be delivering exceptional service through the timely supply of temporary employees.

Some of your responsibilities will include:

  • Account development
  • Placing candidates into temporary roles
  • Recruitment: sourcing and interviewing candidates
  • Managing your team of temporary staff (Flexible Employees)
  • Client and candidate relationship building
  • Service management: compliance, administration, payroll, maintaining records and systems
  • Marketing, advertising, promotional activities and working to targets
