Definitions
Geescore™ , My Jobscore: a SaaS scoring system including scoring widgets, apps and browser extensions
User: user of Geescore™ also referred to as Jobseeker
Company: a company with a job opportunity also referred to as Jobposter, or Hiring Company
Score: a score assigned by Geescore™, in its sole discretion
Data: User data such as User resume, email, zipcode, and additional User supplied data, and Geescore™ created data
Use of the Geescore™ Service including scoring, scoring widgets, job apps, job boards, and all other communications and/or interactions, implies full acceptance of all terms and conditions herein, by User and Company. No warranties or guarantees are offered or implied in any of these products or services. The score should not be the sole factor used in hiring a User.
Nature and scope of the Service
The User can view job postings and obtain their score for a job opportunity
A User uploads their resume, and shares their email and zipcode, and after analysis by Geescore™, will be assigned a score, on a best efforts basis, for a specific job opportunity, at a specific moment in time. The User is given an opportunity to “Get a Higher Score” by adding data, sharing links, and fixing errors. The User agrees that by using the service, uploading and on sharing their resume and other materials, Geescore™ may from time to time, use the resume or other materials, to assign the User a score for a specific job opportunity, and/or identify other job opportunities for which the User has a high score, and share information with registered hiring companies. . The score is assigned by Geescore™. The methods used to assign this score are confidential. The score does not imply suitability or projected success of the User for any job. The score should not be the sole factor used in hiring a User.
The User provides Geescore™ with their explicit permission when using the service
The score does not guarantee Jobseeker suitability, or projected success of the Jobseeker for any job. The score should not be the sole factor used in hiring a User.
